Complaining Pays Off

So, as you may recall, I complained about Comcast charging us some stupid transfer fee for moving a block (which I still think is just ridiculous) and while the lady at the executive escalations complaint department informed me that it is very much policy to charge such fees, the complaining on live…. blogosphere paid off.  We got a $69.95 credit for our transfer fee and a $10.00 credit for “good will”.

Whoever said, “Complaining only makes things worse,” was totally wrong, or maybe they just didn’t have a blog.  Anyway, it totally just got me $79.95!
